Warm, filling, and satisfying. It’s the applewood smoked bacon that seals the deal.

Ingredients:
- 3 bunches collard greens
- yellow onion
- garlic
- applewood smoked bacon
- stock (medium jar)
- badia collard green seasoning
- apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- In a large stockpot, cook bacon and then remove. Remove excess fat and set aside.
- Cook onion until translucent, add garlic.
- Deglaze with stock.
- Return bacon and some of the grease to pan. Store additional grease for other uses.
- Add collard greens, spices, vinegar.
- Cook covered 1.5 hours.
