Less of a recipe, more of a vibe.

Ingredients:

  • sushi rice
  • rice wine vinegar
  • a vegetable (like bok choy, yu choy, or whatever else you feel like)
  • salmon (plain or with this maple syrup marinated salmon recipe)
  • an english cucumber (for this smashed cucumber recipe)
  • a variety of mushrooms (for this marinated mushroom recipe)

Notes:

This dish is mostly on this website as a reminder that it’s an option for dinner. Everything is cooked according to its own timing/recipe and then thrown together at the end. The only part of this dish that’s kind of impossible not to include is the cucumbers.
