Originally inspired by a recipe from Hellofresh. Shockingly easy to throw together.

Ingredients:
For the sauce:
- 1 tbsp ginger
- garlic powder
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1 and 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp brown sugar
For the pork:
- panko bread crumbs
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 2 eggs
- pork cutlets, pounded thin
- green onions
- rice, if desired
Directions:
- Mix sauce ingredients, set for 30 minutes while preparing the rest.
- Put on rice if desired.
- Heat oil in pan, about 1/4 inch deep.
- Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a flat dish. Scramble eggs and put in another flat dish.
- Dry your pounded pork cutlets. Dip in egg and then in bread crumbs. Coat thoroughly.
- Cook cutlets until golden brown on each side, until done.
- Warm sauce just before serving.
