Got a bunch of beautiful tomatoes from the farmers market and want to experience them in all their glory?

Ingredients:
- tomatoes, preferably heirloom
- garlic
- basil
- balsamic vinegar
- a nice extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- feta
- a fun pasta shape
Directions:
- Dice tomatoes and put in a bowl in chunks. Do not discard the tomato seeds and juice.
- Stir in diced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Amounts to taste.
- Let marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
- While that is marinating, after about 45 minutes, cook and drain pasta.
- Top pasta with sauce. Serve with crumbled feta on top.
